How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be redeemed online or in person. Online, shop for tickets or memberships as usual. When you reach the payment page, there will be a section for your gift certificate number. Enter your number and the value will be applied to your cart and proceed to check out. Any unused value will remain on the gift certificate.
If you are coming by MOCA, present your gift certificate number to one of our Visitor Experience team members and they can apply the value to your purchase.
What can I use gift certificates for?
Gift certificates can be used for admission tickets and memberships. There is no expiration date. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How do I check my balance?
You can check the balance of your card by reaching us at 416-530-5138, membership@mocalegacy.webpreview.site or in person. Please provide the gift certificate number.
