Oliver Pauk’s work centres around photographic, sculptural, and video-based elements straddling the boundary between physical and digital art. His specific interest lies in exploring the ways in which digitally captured objects can be translated back into the physical realm. Because objects in a digital state can fluctuate between mediums when edited and reformatted, Pauk engages with this idea by presenting his work across various mediums. Oliver holds an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Toronto. Recent exhibitions include Volta 12 Basel; Mercer Union; Art Gallery of Ontario; Angell Gallery; Patrick Mikhail Gallery; Toronto International Film Festival; and The Gardiner Museum.
Michael Vickers is a Toronto-based artist with a practice that works in the space between sculpture, painting and installation. His recent work investigates the limits of different materials and presentation methods – painted, curled and bent forms made of various painted aluminums and steels,
