Future Species Series Presented in the MOCCA Project Space

What will the human body look like several links along the Darwinian chart of natural selection? Given our increasingly intimate relationship with technologies such as genetic and surgical modification, exposure to radiation, the increasing presence of pharmaceuticals in our food supply, and biotechnology it is likely that in order for our species to survive, it will be necessary to evolve vastly different physical characteristics.

Hybrids is the first in a cycle of four Future Species exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art realized through the fundraising efforts of partners in art.
