MOCCA is pleased to announce the launch of our new, free downloadable MOCCA App. This distinctively unique smartphone application is available for download from the Apple App Store for iPhone/iPad, the Android Market, and for use as a mobile web app.
Designed to enhance the onsite and virtual experience of our visitors, the MOCCA App is packed full of information, images, and videos about MOCCA’s primary exhibition program as well as the award-winning National Gallery of Canada at the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art partnership. The MOCCA App also features a mobile web-based artist project by Tasman Richardson, the first in a series of virtual artist projects commissioned by MOCCA.
The Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art acknowledges the support of the Government of Ontario, through the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport and its Museum and Technology Fund program. Additional support for the MOCCA app was provided by the National Gallery of Canada, and Cisco Canada.
