Join us for a private tour of new exhibition by artist Abraham Cruzvillegas. Rui Mateus Amaral, Director and Curator of Scrap Metal, will be guiding the tour of the exhibition.

Art en Valise and Scrap Metal are delighted to partner on presenting a new exhibition of work by Mexican artist Abraham Cruzvillegas— his first solo exhibition in Canada. Titled, Autocontusion, the site-specific composition spans a diverse range of mundane objects sourced in the gallery’s surrounding area. By way of assembling and suspending these physical findings with reclaimed wood and vegetation, Cruzvillegas devises an intimate surrealist universe that reflects the fragility of our times.
